Abstract

Human thyroid carcinomas deriving from the follicular cell are commonly divided into three categories based on different clinical-pathological parameters: (I) well differentiated, (II) poorly differentiated and (III) undifferentiated thyroid carcinomas. Well-differentiated thyroid carcinomas include papillary thyroid carcinomas (PTC) and follicular thyroid carcinomas (1,2).
